Our Spa is very popular and our therapists are in high demand. As such, to avoid disappointment and ensure you are able to book your preferred times & dates, we would advise you to schedule your appointment as conveniently early as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope you do not have to cancel. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 100% fee.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself ample time to relax and fill out our spa intake form. Please note that our treatments are precisely scheduled so if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your service. As a courtesy to other guests, please turn your cell phone off.
ATTIRE
Many body treatments require that you disrobe. Always do whatever is in your comfort level; your treatment takes place in a private room and all areas not being treated will be covered with a sheet or blanket.
GRATUITIES
As with all service-related industries it is customary to tip a person who has provided excellent service. A good guide is 15% – 20%
